"Towards High Quality in KA1 Mobility Projects for School Education Staff - a Dialogue between National Agencies, Course Providers and Schools"

From 18th – 19th of June 2018, the German National Agency hosted the fourth international Erasmus+-Conference "Towards High Quality in KA1 Mobility Projects for School Education Staff - a Dialogue between National Agencies, Course Providers and Schools". 90 participants from 28 European countries attended this conference over the roofs of Cologne with a direct view to the Cologne cathedrale.

During the first day course providers in the field of school education, schools and NA-representatives had the opportunity to exchange experiences within discussion rounds. They discussed topics concerning Erasmus+ like: What have we done wrong and why? What is necessary for a good preperation of course participants before starting the course? What is good and what can be improved within the School Education Gateway? How can we find a form of structured evaluation to be used in the next phase of the Erasmus+ programme? How can quality control of courses be guaranteed?

In the five workshops to choose on the second day, problems and solutions on action research were discussed, the use of eTwinning in a KA1 project was explained and exercises were performed to practice "collected creativity" regarding different subjects such as the Mobility Tool.
